Qlik Answers create index error

Hi.

When I reference a SharePoint folder in Qlik Answers and create an index, I get an error.
If I import the same file directly and create an index, it succeeds.

When referencing SharePoint, some files are successful and some give errors, and the folder and file names are no different from the others, so I don't know what the cause is.

I can't see the error log, so if anyone knows anything, please let me know.

Is it ok if you can send one of the file with error for our testing?
We have 2 issues here:

1. folder_name with Japanese chars could cause issue;
2. shared file in a folder but original source from other location

We're fixing the 2nd, but if testing shows 1st is a bug, we'll address it too.
