Hi expert

I have an extrage situation here

i have only one document in the acces point public, in the qmc(console) in the documents say that there are 9 license assinged to the document but i have only 7

what could be?

you can see the image attached, and the license that there are assinged to these docuemnt

The number nine is the maximum number of licences;

You put only users, but you can put more 3 licences.

The server has 10 licences, correct?

But for this app you alocated only 9

But you put only 7 users. The option to add user automatic is disable.

For add more 3 users click on the icon
