I have a pivottable with admin as dimension. What i want is a subtotal of some admin in the pivottable.

So first

adminA1,adminA2,adminA3,adminA4,Subtotal,ElminationA1, adminB1,adminB2,adminB3,adminB4,Subtotal,EliminationB1

In the attached example you see a good example!

Is this possible with QlikView ?

As a quick response, can you create a parent (hierarchy) for each band say using an inline table or separate file

e.g

Parent, Name

AdminA ST,AdminA1

AdminA ST, AdminA2

........

AdminB, AdminB4

....

ElimB,EliminationB1

then add 'Parent into the pivot before Name?

Almost the solution. I attached a new example.

I like to have 2 extra columns:

1. Before EliminationA i want a subtotal of al admin from ParentA and Parent B together.

2. Before Total i wanna have a subtotal of ElimA and ElimB

Is this possible?

I'm thinking 3 levels in your hierarchy Francis?

Parent, subParent, Name

A,A1,AA1

A,A1,AA2

A,A2,AB1

A,A2,AB2

....

Then add the new one as yet another Dimension with suitable partial sum tick?
