      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For some reporting purpose we need historical data for some fields in the table, in order to maintain that we will create some additional tables in our script using resident loads.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;so that for every split we will get the record entered so that at any point of time we can get the historical data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;for eg: say emp status/promotion&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
