hi please find the app it has the dropdown by using variable. i tried to create same but its not hiding

can any one explain what is the process here

Here u are using all are h text boxes only.u cannot select more then one in that.in that app what exactly is if select anything in it.that only it pick.may i know what exacyly u looking for ,u need change or anything else.....?

It is based on the Conditional Layout..(Layout -> Conditional)

Arul,

In your app while trying, you missed to include the conditions under layout tab, conditional dialog box. find the attached.

In the action tab, you are setting the variable value. In the layout tab, under conditon you are defining under what conditon the text box to show. to better understand you include a input box and place all the variables and click the button. You will understand how the variable value change and you will see the actions.

active condition from Layout tab--Show-Condition: write here ur condition when ur chart object supposed to active and the other way as not active.

Hi Arul,

Can you try this its the same app you have sent as the experts said just add the view.menu in Textobject Layout Tab under conditional.
