Hi,

you are unable to reach out to server.

There might be couple of reasons

>> You don't have access to server

>> server is not on intranet or internet

>> You don't have usercal assigned.

Hi,

I had the same issue months ago, in my case I had a problem with firewall and port forwarding.

I solved using this string as qvp address:

qvp://domain\user@aaa.bbb.cc;http:8088

where domain was the domain name etc... and 8088 the port accessing from external.

I don't know if can be useful, let us know.

Hi,

Check weather your pc and your server has the same domain. if they both have same domain then they can able to connect. if the domain doesn't match or you are not assigned with any user call then you will face the same issue.
