Hi,

I need a clarification.

If end user will not able to view/open the reports(whatever we deployed into user docs) after applied the security.Then how to resolve the issue?

Plz suggest me on this.

I assume you call it "the issue" because this user should have access but doesn't have it. Usually it is one of the next two reasons:

1. Section Access doesn't allow this user to see the document. Check the rules in Section Access.

2. The user is prohibited from accessing the file or folder by Windows Security. Check the properties of the file and the folder.

Better practice is first create a section access on test user by replicating same points of user.

If it is working fine need to apply the same for the user.
