12 Month Accumulation

I have had a quick search but either down to knowledge or search skills I have not found the answer to my question.

I am trying to create a graph that shows accumulation for the last 12 months for each month BUT the graph only shows 12 months.

Example is I have a count of people that have had accidents.

The Date range for the Graph is June 2014 to May 2015 but for each month in the graph I want the value for that month to be the number of accidents in the last 12 months from that month e.g. April 2015 would show the accumulation from May14 to Apr 15.

Is there a way to achieve this?

Thanks again for the link Ioannis but I am failing at the first hurdle

I have tried to apply the rules to my scripting but keep getting fails and I feel a bit like I am running around in circles.

I have attached my workings and wondered if anyone could point out the glaringly obvious error I am probably making
