server failed to reload

I have set the reload schedule for any document it fails every time. Following is account for fail log:

In my organisation the server is handled somewhere else, so I really know very little about that. I do know from experience that when you use section access in your document, you need to add the account the server is running on to the section access table, so it has access to do the reload.

In my case

NTNAME	PASSWORD	ACCESS
SVC.IDCGRP.QLIKVIEW	*	ADMIN

Hi,

Do you have document log of that file??

If yes please share so that we can find the error.

If no then go to document Property->General->select Generate Log File.

This file you will get in same folder where your QVW is stored.

Hi ingy ,

can you reload the qvw from QV Desktop? Does the QVW have section access? If yes, have you includes the qv service user in you list of users?
