    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;That error can happen when the QV Webserver can't communicate with the QVS Server. You can check if the services keep running and if you're able to use the Access Point to see and open documents. If that works ok, then it's probably nothing to worry about. It could be that the QVS service hasn't finished starting yet when the QV Webserver tries to communicate with it. If you do see services failing you need to check that the QVS service is up and running and can be contacted by the QV webserver.       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Had this message a couple of times when starting the services and not sure what it means&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;System.Exception: Failed to retrieve document list from the specified QVS ||&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.GetUserDocumentList(Guid qvsID) ||&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; at QMSBackendCore.Service.ServiceImpl.Diagnostics.CacheDocumentAvailable()&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it anything to worry about?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
