You can check if the services keep running and if you're able to use the Access Point to see and open documents. If that works ok, then it's probably nothing to worry about. It could be that the QVS service hasn't finished starting yet when the QV Webserver tries to communicate with it. If you do see services failing you need to check that the QVS service is up and running and can be contacted by the QV webserver.
