      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi John,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i see that's from the windows event log, and unfortunately is a common generic message and not much help to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;best is to check with Qlikview Servers event logs if its a server problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You say disconnected, is this the users when using the accesspoint to view documents?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Could you paste some of the log here?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also is this for one specific user / one specific document?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You also might need to check your version against the latest version release notes, to make sure its not a bug.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
