mouse over this cell > press Ctrl+Shift + right mouse click > Custom Format Cell > Check Bold

Right Click on cell > Custom Format Cell > select Bold.

I can not able to do that and see Custom Format Cell

Hi ,

Go to Settings-->User Preference--> Design--> Select Always show Menu items..

And then right click on cell and choose Custom Format Cell
