Document locked after reloading

Hi,

I have a Qlik View document, with all the required files.

When I open it it shows multiple tabs and objects but data is missing.

But when I reload it tables appeared along with its data but the tabs and objects are disappeared.

I unable to understand it, Is this a security setting or some kind of error ?

The error message shown is basically a Text Object, which is present in the first tab of the document.

I attached the snapshot for better understanding.

Kindly help me to how to access it.

I think you need to share more info about the QlikView document.

Do you use section access?

I do not know about section access.

Please let me know if I provide some more details.

Actually this is a document created by my senior, and I need to understand it.

This isn't an error but some security on your application yes. From the look of the message, I would say you normally reload this application from your QV server, which will have admin rights.

But you trying to reload with your credentials don't have the same rights, so it's not working for you.

I would guess you maintain an admin user list somewhere to control this and you need to get access to it if you want to reload from the client yourself.

Best idea is to ask your senior!
