      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;you probably have a batch file to run an MS Access file to prep your data before you Load in Qlikview.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Of course we all know, you could have done it in Task Scheduler, but you probably want to perform this in QMC so you can chain this task to run your QV file after batch file is performed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

Add Action &amp;gt;&amp;gt; Type: External ; Action: Launch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from here you can set your file/application to launch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
