Refreshe mode when document is update on server

I want some more clarity on this.

If Document ii taking 10-15 minutes to refresh and same time user is accsing that document on access point so can he see right data?

or there is lag or possibility he get partialyy updated data?

Do you have QVS and QVP separately or on the same server?
If its on the same server, there might be some lag.

If they are on 2 different servers there shouldn't be any lag.

It's on same sever. but thing is that it's shows connection time out when I try to access document when it got rfresh.
