Hi Enrique

Thanks for your response, I am currently using that but it leaves a gap where the data can go on a full table. I was wondering whether I can do it so that when table shrinks, will lift the table below it. So that it removes the gap and looks more presentable. I am sure I have done it on another BI tool maybe BO.

Thanks

Nick

Hi

I have 2 pivot tables in a sheet that are stacked on top of each other, the problem I have is that when I add a filter the tables shrink and there is a big gap between the tables. Is there a way you can connect the tables so if the table shrinks or grows it moves the below table, so they don't overlap or have a big gap.

Thanks

Nick

Hello Nick,

You can access the properties of the pivot tables and disable the "size to data" option in the "Layout" tab as shown below:

Now re-size your pivot tables to the size you would like them to be at and they will stay that size regardless of the filters you select.
