Dashboard reloading problem

Hey,

I have a dashboard in QA . It was not reloaded since 02Apr2015. Although in QMC under Reload tab it is scheduled to run at 2:00 A.M

When i run it through QMC, it shows the latest data. But it is not reloading everyday. What to do for this?

Hi,

do you have QlikViewServer to manage the reload_tasks? If so, is the reload started at all? Then you should see something in the app_log.

What user do the QlikView_services run with? Might it be that that user's password has expired?
