Problem in document cal user releasing

Hi Expert,

In QLik View We Created a root folder and inside a root folder multiple dashboard available. one dashboard we have assigned a document Cal user but after few days we deleted that dashboard. but Qlik View management console (Document->User Document) tab showing that dashboard as on Today and it consume one document cal user.how to release this document user please suggest.

Hello!

1. Add the file with the same name in the same folder.

2. Delete document Cal from document and set Number of CALS =0

3. Delete task from document

4. And only after you can delete file without any consequences
