Dear All

I have a comparison chart that I need to make in a dashboard. We want to show the split by gender of students in our departments compared to the college and the faculty - so there are three levels of aggregation. Each department is in a faculty and each faculty is part of the whole college. We have 3 faculties, each with 5-10 departments.

I want a stacked bar chart that shows the percentage of male and female in the same bar and 3 bars next to each other. However, when I do the calculations I cannot get it to calculate the three things separately. Also, it stacks all 6 calculations into one bar which is not what I need. Is it possible to stack the expressions separately?

Thanks for your help

Alison

Hi,

Here is a sample of my data - it's a cut down version of the whole set.

In the chart I want three bars next to each other - college, faculty and department. Is there a way to do it?

Thanks

Alison
