Space utilization chart – what chart to use?

I am reporting on space utilization and I need to display 3 pieces of info:

Percent of space utilized
Percent of available space
Percent changed over the last 12 months. (It needs to express percent increase or decrease.)

MY SUGGESTION:

I’m thinking of using a pie chart. It should use color coding to distinguish between percent increase & percent decrease. I’ll need a separate chart
Also to use a pie chart, but percent-changed should not be graphed. Percent-changed should just be displayed in text. The text can be either within the chart, or near the chart.

BTW there are many measurements that I need to report on within the same page. They all need to report on the same 3 items.
