Is he behind a firewall or something like this? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He needs to access ports 80 and 4774 ( or 4747...       <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm hoping you can help me, one of our users are getting the attached error - I've cleared out their licences, but I have no idea what's causing it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks!&lt;BR /&gt;Dayna &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello Dayna,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Maybe the key is in the IE version. It has been unsupported to use with plugin until v10 SR2, if I remember correctly. Version 9 of Internet Explorer was released after QlikView Version 10.
