Prob in Pivot table at accesspoint

Hey,

I ahve a dashboard with pivot table. When i see that via desktop then it is good as i want. But when i see it thru accesspoint then all expressions which are columns get converted to rows. What is the problem??

i don't think so ..it's a problem..are u sure the same application ur trying to see from the desktop and AP? else u can replace ur desktop application with server one and see!

Ya I think Shiva is right, may be the version on the server is an older version of the document. Try uploading your desktop version again to server and see if the problem persist.

In the computer hard disk , i just replaced the old qvw with new qvw. I just replace old qvw and pasted new qvw. Doe that make that change ? I am seeing the same dashboard on server.

u have to place ur app accordingly ur server deployment folder structure configuration.

But, i ahve placed the new qvw at the same place where it was initially on hard disk.

do one thing.just create one test object on ur desktop Application with now() and try to replace and see whether ur able to see the test box object from access point Application or not?

Yeah i test this, when i created test object on Desktop app and then when i see on web , it is showing test object.

Hey,

In the Sharing Session Post, I didn't get any Share session dropdown at top when i access the accesspoint. At top my name with Favourites and Profile is visible. Is it visible somewhere else?

can u do one more test?,create one simple pivot table with new application and deploy & see on AP ..whether ur able to see properly or not the pivot table?

try this,

on ur server,

System tab--- Setup tab-- explore QliKView Servers--click on ur server here example: QVS@urservername --Folders tab--From mounted folders check here any paths are defined or not? if some path is defined with presentation documents..pls select the same and browse from my computer the same path and place ur qlikview application here,this is the place u supposed to put ur file to see on access point.

Hey, Under Mounted Folders, i can see the same path where i have pasted my new qvw under my computer. WHat should i do now?
