load dates and times by exception

Hi most times the dates times and locations have the same start time and finish time, so it is possible to have average weekly hours used in calculations.

However average weekly hours can change for example if there is a public holiday. How would I go about loading the exceptions when they occur?

So for example:

Monday 1/2/15 Store1 start 9:00 finish 5:00 pm- working hours 8 hrs

Monday 1/2/15 Store2 same

Monday 1/2/15 Store3 same

Tuesday 2/2/15 Store 1 same

etc but

Wed 3/2/15 Store1 start 9:00 finish 12:00 working hours 3 hrs

Wed 3/2/15 Store2 start 10:00 finish 14:00 working hours 6 hrs

Most weeks are "as usual", so a master calendar seems overkill as it will have many rows ie (no of days * number of stores.)

I looked at adding a inline table showing holidays - that worked well ...but I think i will need to do a Master Calendar??
