How IE plug in effects the performance of a dashboard??

Pros

Users can resize screen to fit
Users can run macros
Close fit to desktop view of document

Cons

Plugin has to be installed on each client
Plugin has to be uninstalled & reinstalled when server is upgraded
Extension objects not available
Only supported for IE not other browsers
Session collaboration not available

Ajax clientPros

No installation at client
Extension objects can be used
Session collaboration
Notes and annotations
Supported on various browsers

Cons

Screens cannot be resized by users
Object positions and size can vary compared to desktop client
Macros not available

IE Plugin requires software installation client side, but rendering is WYSIWYG. AJAX doesn't need any installation other than a browser, but it may lack some design options. I would suggest IE Plugin.

ok , if i dont have any alerts and macros in my qvw then in this case also IE plug in is better to use??

At that time you can use either IE plugin or AJAX(Browser)
