How to limit data in table box

Hello All,

We want to show a static number of 1000 records only in a table box.

Whole data set : 30 million records

How to limit the same in table box?

Is there any option?

Use a Straight Table instead and use the Dimension Limits to only show first 1,000 rows.

do you want the customer to just see the first 1000 records or

1000 records at a time and then next 1000 records until all records like pagination?

Hi,

If you're using straight table then go to Properties -> Calculation Condition -> Click on ellipsis (...) -> enter = Dimension_Primary_Key <= 1000. Click OK.

Note :

Dimension_Primary_Key has to be filed which identifies each row in the table.

This is give you want you want to achieve.

The requirement is on a table box alone.

Is there any way to do it, without going for a straight table?
