After clearing selections, selections do not populate.

We've created a pivot table. The dimensions and metrics work and are fully interactive through the defaulted selections.

However, once i "Clear Selections" nothing works. Any ideas?

Your screen shot does not show cleared selection.

When you de-select all from Pick Dimension and Pick Metrics do you get any data in the pivot table?

This is a button that you have created, is that correct?

What is in the Action of this button?

The action is to "Clear All"

And when you click the built in "Clear" button on the menu bar, does it clear all?

same thing happens. selecting a dimension and metric does nothing.

What happen when you Close>Restart>Click "Clear" on the Menu bar?

Do all selections go away?

The Clear in the Menu bar should clear everything and no selection (green) should be seen.

There are default selections. so when i open up the page the following appear. it is the only way for users to make selections without it going blank.
