in list box product:when iam select ballpoint then all selections will be clear like CLEARALL...please save me to solve this sir

You would do this from the Triggers and Actions.

In QlikView under Settings, Document Properties, Triggers, find your field 'pens' under the Field Event Triggers, then use the OnChange action.

Add an action for Clear All, but you might need to Lock the current field selection before doing the ClearAll, then unlock the field again else you would also lose your pen selection.

There is also some useful information on this in the Help.

Sorry yes, i told you to use OnChange but it should be the OnSelect action.

Here is my example, my field is called Asset2 instead of pens
