exporting data from chart to excel

Hi,

I have created a Straight chart and in presentation I made horizontal selection, but when I export it to excel data is not coming horizontally.so how can I get the data in the same pattern how it is there in the report.

Hi,

Just right click on your chart and select send to excel. You will get data as usual .It's working fine for me.

try,

1. by clicking on excel icon from chart top right corner

else

2. right click ur chart and sent to excel,it will export straight away.

Hi,

You can create Pivot table & adjust fields as per your format & click on excel icon from chart top right corner.

Unfortunately, the Excel export does not recognise that you selected the horizontal option. The only suggestion that I can make, other than writing a macro, is to manually transpose the results in Excel to restore the horizontal orientation.

I have Seen your Document.

my suggestion is you have change the format of data Like this i have an sample data for you as image

This Is My Example data in Straight Chart

You data image is in Straight Chart

And this Image is Your Pivot Table Data

So When you Export this data with two Table data into excel it taking only the pivot table data format into Excel.

It Show Like this in the excel sheet also

My Suggestion change the Pivot Data also in the form of Straight Chat It Will Work.
