Display the worst sellers in a graph

I have had an exercise in some QlikView class I can't reproduce: I have to display the 10 worst sellers including the products have not been sold. In my class the result was like this:

When I do the the exercise, I got this

I suspect this to be linked with Dimension limits like here:

I could not find the right option to activate. Any help is welcome.

You will likely need one or both of:

1) Presentation tab / "Suppress zero values" - uncheck this box

2) Dimensions tab / "Show all values"
