Assign values to variables based on select criteria

I have a data set that has number, in date and out date.

i want to calculate difference between indate and out date of all the numbers.

(out date - in date)

problem is some records are still processing and it doesn't have out date.

So in that occasions i need to consider out date of those records based on select criteria.

In selection boxes i'm using (out date)

So since i'm using out date when i select one date all the online values are ignored. but

instead of that i want to assign max date of the selected month as the out date of those online

records.

ex - if i select February ,

then i want to select all records that have out date February + online records and assign it's out date as 28feb

i' using this to calculate average online time of each month.

I have attached my work, but i can't fulfill my requirement.
