Hi Experts,

How to publish document to users. Once I kept in the access point and what are the steps I need to care about to create a link.

Ex:

Accesspoint - \\GFDMW222\sharedfolder\Qlikview\Dashboard\XYZreport.qvw

and now how to create a link for the above report.

ex: https:\\uat.hssddfb.document=xyzrepot\

HI Raj,

Once you have placed the qvw on the accesspoint.

Navigate yourself to the accesspoint through browser.
In the search box, type the name of the qvw & enter Search
Open the file in browser from the search results
Copy the url & you can pass it to the users.

Make sure, you have proper access rights or CALs for the users who will view it

So, do I need to log on server? could you please give brief about it as I got requirement to do publish, which I don't know.

You may either login to server & place files on server from where server it will be visible in access point.

If u have shared path for same, then you can do through shared path.

And then follow the procedure which I told previously.

OK, to actual see them in the access point, you must grant NT security access to required users/user group on the actual .qvw files OR the folders they are contained in.

See the Security Section of the Qlikview Reference Manual.
