Hello

HI GUys Iam using the macro to export the straight table into qlikview

Actaully i want to export the values only for SOuth Region from the list box

How do we write the macro for this ?

As of now iam getting the data into excel for all the region but i want to export the values from straight table only for south region .

Can some one help me please

Hi John,

Please find the attached qvw, and follow the 2 steps mentioned in it.

Thats the solution to what you need.

If somethings missing, plz write back in detailed words, supported by images, it becomes easy to understand with images.

Ok now i can explain you as u have the list box for region , there in my dashbaord i have under Region

South

East

West

North

And also i have the straight table which has many values also

Now iam exporting the values to excel from the staright table , and simultaneously i want to export the values from straight table to different excel sheet pertaining only to south withouth any selection

how do i write the code for this

Hi John,

Plz check out the file again, I have modified it to suit your needs.

Plz check the table structure by "Ctrl + T" in Qlikview.

And then select the export button.
