I was hoping if you could help me find out what the problem is when I try to install QV server on my laptop. I have a Dell Windows 8.1 / 1.5ghz / 128 SSD / 4GB RAM. I have downloaded and installed but when I look at the list of apps, it is not there, only Qlikview Access Point and Management console. I have applied the license in the QMC, also have tried to manually run the QVS.exe from where it is installed (see attached screenshot1a-b) but it still does not run. When I look at installed programs list, it is there though (see screenshot2).
