Hi, what is the formula to apply in a chart to count Y/N data in fields?

For example, I have as a field "email received" and then Y or N as data.

When in my chart I use the formula Count(received) I have the number of emails received but I would like to have only the ones who are marked "Y".

I tried Count(RECEIVED) = 'Y' but it doesn't work...

Help

For counting Y's you can use this:

=Count({<RECEIVED = {'Y'}>} RECEIVED)

HTH

Best,

S
