Dependent Tasks are not running as scheduled

Hi ,

I have created some dependent tasks, but these tasks are not running properly. even its not starting as per scheduled time and dependent info also not storing(At right side).

Please find the attached screen shot and suggest.

In QMC, under the Reload tab, ensure that the task is enabled, and, "On Event from Another Task" is set to Successful along with the name of the preceding task.

Don't forget to click Apply for each.

I have checked the suggested options.

All tasks are enable and all dependent tasks are success of preceding tasks only.

You have two "Enabled" checkboxes. One on the General Tab of the task and one on the Reload tab. They both needs to be checked. In addition every trigger needs to be enabled

hi Simen,

two check boxes are enabled only. its not capturing the dependent information also in the right side .highlighted with block color in the screen shot .

i found the solution. All i did was i have re triggered the task so that way it runs on successful run of another task. Once that is set up correctly once the last column it will say that upon successful run of xx task... please let me know your outcome.

This issue is solved to decrease the chunksize 100 to 20.

Vinay, It was the product issue .Qlik Team has suggested us to do some changes in the QMC config file.

there is a tag in QMC config "Chunk data", by default it was set to 100 this we had decreased to 20 .now all schedulers are working fine.
