Kindly help me by sharing any sample dashboards which suits for Service desk related data(like SLAs and Open or close status of the tickets and time take to closure etc kind of KPIs).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If any one has done the dashboards using this kind of data kindly share the template with good visulaizations.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have seen call center dashbaod demo and using some of the graphs from it.
