Not able to setup external users

Hi Qliktech team,

I am following with you last couple of week, i am getting issue to setup external user environment in qliview but i am facing many issue, can you please provide me sometime to discuss this?

Requirment:- Wanted to setup external environment where external users can be avilable to check the dashboard.

Issue:- It is not allowing to go in the qlikview publisher, popup window is coming and it is not going to other way.

hi,

if i m not wrong external user means user not available in LDAP right?

we can set these using Custome directory in QMC.

it is available on LDAP.
