Default clear state

When the user clicks on Clear Selections I want the dashboard to default to the maximum period.

I was able to have this be the default when they first open the dashboard by setting a trigger. But I am not sure that I can do this.

My goal is to always be showing one period of data and Not ALL periods of data.

I tried the the Set Clear State but that is not working.

try "always one selected value" in the general tab of a list box containing your periods field

Hi,

maybe you can add a trigger on period field (if is null than select the max), or use the always one selected, but depends on how your app works.

Select the maximum value of the period from the list box and then right click on it select 'Lock'.
