Is there a way to split a pie chart as show below

Go to the Properties tab of the Pie chart. Under expressions, expand a expression as below.

Select Pie Popout and give the expression name again. In this case:

Your result will be:

So that's where they hide that. I looked all over but didn't think to look there.
