Copy Sheet From One File To Another

Hello all,

Recently my company created "the official Qlikview template" as a .qvt. Hereafter, named Template.qvt for discussion purposes. It not only contains the company logo, but the official clear selection button, last refreshed, and search functionality as well. So it contains more than just typical themes such as color, border widths, etc.

Of course, I already had my Qlikview dashboard in development; hereafter named MyDashboard.qvt. Is there a way that I can copy the script tabs and objects from my sheet tabs from MyDashboard.qvt to the Template.qvt? The File>Export or File>Import options do not appear to the be the solution that I am looking for.

It is not the "end of the world" if I have to recreate in the Template.qvt; just annoying.

First, I think you meant "qvw", not "qvt"?

You can copy all the objects from a single sheet at a time like this:

1. On the source sheet:

Ctrl-a

Ctrl-c

2. On the target sheet

Ctrl-v
