How to load a .csv file preserving the first row as column name?

Hello,

I'm a newbie here. I tried to load a csv file into my QlikView app but it's not taking the values in the first row as the field names. I searched for the options to do this but couldn't find it. Kindly help me with this issue. I've enclosed the .csv file.

Ctr+e -> select table file option for loading this csv file and next like below:

put the header line is 1 i think it works.

Well, I selected the label as embedded and it worked.. Thx anyways
