Macro for export objects into Excel with field selection

How to export three objects into separate sheets of same excel, to be saved on the name of field selection values in predefined path ?

I got macro for exporting different objects into separate sheets of same excel from the following blog:

But I want to export objects into excel and to be saved with field selection:

For example:

Here Region Field is having 20 values.

If I am taking field selection as Region then the number of Excels is 20, with the name of Region Field values.

Please help me to sort out this problem
