this is Kamran and I just start to learn Qlik. I need one of you to guide me , how should I start?

I dont familiar with any database.

If you search for New to QlikView in the search box in the top right corner you will see you are not alone is asking for help to get going.

There are plenty of videos available on youtube and the Qlik website

see New to QlikView Videos

Also there are a number of excellent books to help you such as QlikView 11 for Devlopers by Barry Harmsen and QlikView for Developers Cookbook by Stephen Redmond. These are currently available in a sale at the moment for only US $5 from Packt Publishing. I recommend purchasing them before the Sale ends.

I already downloaded that book. You think its better to read the book and after watch those videos?

Hi, Kamran.

It's up to you the order you do it in. I depends on how you prefer to learn.

Often the best thing to do is to get some data and see what you can do with it by dipping into both the book ad the videos.
