I am scheduling tasks to reduce and distribute a report.

Every brand is related to a brand manager so i am generating a file for every brand manager.

How can I set the task to add my name so I can view all the reports?

You need to add yourself to every ID that match the reduced field.

I have a field named marketing which contains the emails of the brand managers so I am reducing using this field and the link to the windows account used is done automatically using the email.

you have to be a admin user to view all reports, when you are using section access file, you can add your name/ntname

like this

ACCESS	NTNAME
ADMIN	name1
ADMIN	name2
USER	name3
USER	name4

name1 and name2 will have full access in thsi case.

OK, so it means that emails are connected to your model (which is fine). So it implies that while reducing via this field, your email and (region info too) must be in the table or tables as well. Pseudo:

TableA

email, RegionID

Marie-Anne, 1

Marie-Anne, 2

Marie-Anne, 3

etc

TableB

RegionID, Sales, ....

1 , 100

2, 200

3, 300

etc

I guess this is what you want.
