    <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hiring,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After the employee get hired, it will update each list of RAE, CWF and Intern based on the employee status.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Rotation,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When employee in rotation are in it, the list Rae, cwf and intern will updated what changes.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Attrition,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Based on the last official date,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when the date is past, employees in each lists will change the employment status to not active and it will automatically goes into attrition list&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have problems with data islands.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My data are from sharepoint and the columns name are the same n each column.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I want the Attrition, Hiring and Rotation to connect with other table.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but when I did that, the value of the data will messed up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone helps me with that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG alt="data islands.PNG" class="image-1 jive-image" src="/legacyfs/online/73291_data islands.PNG" style="height: 547px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kama&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
