The data model should associate the following tables:

Trades – FACT table

Products – links to trade using PRODUCTCLASSID

Desk – links to trade using SALESDESKID

Exchange – links to Trade using EXCHANGEID

Sector – links to Trade using SectorID

DIMENSIONS All the dimensions such as client account, client, product, region , date etc are easily identifiable

MEASURES You must make a minimum of 5 KPI’s based on your understanding of the data. Excluding the

COUNT(ID) Number of transactions

SUM(TRADE REVENUE) Total Revenue

should be able to see the number of transactions per sales desk in a map. (Add your own coordinates)

Month to Date versus Last Year Month to Date, Month to Date versus Last Month to Date and variance

This Year to Date versus Last Year to Date and variance.

Sorry, not writing this to answer your query, but to query you one. Why have all your posts to have caption 'hi' ? I guess a meaningful heading could be better from many aspects. What do you think?

I will quote this a bad practise to just give a complete requirement better you try implementing your self and the ask the question where you get ill results.

I will recommend you to do by your own first.
