Hi!

I have a situation where we want to use information from an excel file and use this information as a selection of dimension values.

The excel files is updated by other people and I get this every other day. The files contains categories of items which we sell of which they want to get sales and additional information. (so I know there are other better way to do this but..)

What I would like to do is something like:

1. Transpose all category ids (matching the dimension in QV) in to one row in excel

2. Comma separate the IDs

3. Copy this long text string

4. Paste into the search input of the dimension and Boom the correct categories are selected and my report updated accordingly

Is there a way to accomplish this (ajax web)

Thanks,

Erik
