Hi,

There is a refresh button when i open a Document that is greyed out, how do I enable this?

It sounds as though your 'logged' into the .qvw as a 'User' not an Administrator.

'Users' can be locked out from certain areas / tasks including Reload and Partial Reload.

Try going to Settings > Document Properties > Security to see what the current settings are - you may well be blocked from here as well.

Failing that you'll need to contact someone who is classed as an Administrator within the .qvw.

It was a security setting. It is now firing fine.
