how to re-load data depend on the button

hi , everyone

can the qlikview server re-load data when I click one button? what i want is can I customize one button, when i click it , it can send some variable and change the script to re-load the data like the ajax request.

Hi,

As far as I know, in desktop application it is simple to reload. From access point if you want to run the reload task in QEMC using a button can be done by EDX trigger.

he button can use to reload the data , but if I want to send one variable to the script to change the reload data result at the same time when I click the button, can we do that?

Hi,

Yes. I think. You can set 2 triggers to one button.

One to run the EDX and another one is "set variable" trigger from external to modify the variable value.
