Issue in Access Point

Hello Everyone,

We are new to server side and are facing an issue in Access point (AP).
Any users are able to see the list of all available reports in the access point
If they click on the report, report is not getting loaded.

Ex : Say we have two reports Rep1, Rep2. Rep1 is given access to User1 and Rep2 is given access to User2.User3 has no access to any of the reports Rep1 or Rep2.
User1,User2 and User3 can see both the reports Rep1 , Rep2 once they log into Access point link.
But User1 can open and view only Rep1 ; User2 can open and view only Rep2 ; User3 cannot open any of the reports.

Our requirement is : When User1 logs into AP, only Rep1 should list out.Similarly, for User2 only Rep2 should list out.For User3, no reports should list out.

Kindly someone assist us to get this issue resolved.

It depends on server settings(permission to files/authorization mode...). Have a look here: Hide qvw from the Access Point

Yes possible. This means that you do not have publisher.

You have to go to Qlikview file Right click --> properties --> Security --> Remove group everyone and add respective peoples here.

Note:

Let say if you add admin group the all the users belong to admin group will have access, provided if they have allocated a cal either named or document.

Make sure not to remove your or service account or else you will be locking yourself.

Its working fine after after removing the group 'Everyone' from folder security
